At Diccai, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions, including donations, event registrations, and membership fees. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Non-Refundable: Donations made to Diccai are typically considered final and non-refundable, as they support our charitable mission.
Exceptions: If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us within [7-14 days] at [Your Contact Email/Phone] to request a refund.
You may cancel or modify recurring donations at any time by contacting us or adjusting your settings in the donation platform.
Future scheduled donations will be stopped, but past donations are non-refundable unless an error occurred.
Refund Eligibility: Refund availability depends on the event:
Fundraising Galas/Paid Events: Refunds may be issued if cancelled at least 7 before the event, minus any processing fees.
Free Events: No refund required, but please notify us if you cannot attend.

If Diccai cancels or reschedules an event, registrants will be notified and offered:
A full refund.
Credit toward a future event (if applicable).
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a membership, future dues will not be charged, but previous payments will not be refunded.
Defective/Damaged Items: We will replace or refund defective/damaged items if reported within 7 of receipt.
Returns: Due to the nature of nonprofit sales, returns are typically not accepted unless the item is defective.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
